About Us
Paul Cristian Gugiu, M.A. has ten years of experience conducting psychological research, developing data management systems, and analyzing and interpreting complex data in the health and human services. Mr. Gugiu is trained as a Child Clinical and Community Psychologist and has worked with both mid-sized and small organizations to assist them in meeting their data and research needs. He has worked solo and as part of a consultant team in both the academic and private sectors. Currently, Mr. Gugiu is the President and primary consultant in his own company, PCG Evaluations.

During the past decade, he has worked on several successful program evaluations for Federal, State, and local organizations in the areas of mental health and child welfare. He specializes in both quantitative and qualitative methods and has worked with small and very large data sets. While Mr. Gugiu possesses many expertise in the area of program evaluation and data analysis, he has vast experience in the development of data management systems. His experiences include designing tracking databases for numerous national studies, including a HIV/AIDS cost study, two child welfare technical assistance projects, and a child welfare outcome study.
