12. Logic Model Development Guide
Nonprofits today are being pressed to demonstrate the effectiveness of their program activities by initiating and completing outcome-oriented evaluation of projects. This guide was developed to provide practical assistance to nonprofits engaged in this process. 16. Online Evaluation Resource Library
The Online Evaluation Resource Library (OERL) is composed of plans, instruments, and reports that have been used to conduct evaluations of projects funded by the Directorate for Education and Human Resources (EHR) of the National Science Foundation (NSF). OERL also contains glossaries of evaluation terminology, criteria for best practices, and scenarios illustrating how evaluation resources can be used or adapted.
