PCG Evaluations was founded in 2003 by P. Cristian Gugiu, M.A. to provide affordable solutions to mid-sized and small organizations that cannot afford to hire a full-time professional to complete complex projects. Located in Alexandria, Virginia, PCG is a full-service research and technology company that specializes in conducting program evaluations, developing databases, designing web sites, and analyzing data. PCG Evaluations works within a discipline that starts with defining your needs in detail. We prepare a timeline and setup a reporting process so you know where your project stands every step of the way. PCG will work with your organization to help you determine exactly what you need, then come up with a plan to achieve it within your time and budget requirements. Research and software development are complex tasks, but we are experts at getting these types of projects completed and implemented quickly.

The PCG Process: PCG engages in an initial free consultation to determine a client's needs! Based on this meeting, a written proposal is developed. The proposal will contain a description of the work to be performed, an estimated work plan and deliverable schedule, and projected costs. Because PCG Evaluations is a small firm, clients do not pay costly overhead fees that are common with larger companies. We are open to negotiating and scaling back the work so that it meets client needs within the resources available. When we have an agreement, we will begin work. We will provide preliminary copies of all our work for your review. Comments and changes can be incorporated during the early stages of development, and in a timely manner throughout the work.
